My connections towards the book and the real world would be the communication between Oscar and Nia since she has been changed. I find it hard to communicate with annoying people like my sister sometimes.
He also is very confident that everything he will do will work kind of like a politician.

Caitlin-Vocabulary Enricher

Listening room (I know it isn’t a word, but it’s said a lot)

Messages- I think it is important because it spelt with a capital letter all the time.

Yale- I have never heard of this word before (University)

SAT- it is said a lot. (Trademark a test of a student's academic skills, used for admission to US colleges.)

Consented- this word was a bit unfamiliar to me. (Permission for something to happen or agreement to do.)

Superior- Oscar was always being referred to as ‘superior’ (higher in rank, status, or quality.)

TAG- this is spoken about a lot in the book. (Teens Against Graffiti)

Paleomagnetism- this word is said in the book and it was unfamiliar to me. (The branch of geophysics concerned with the magnetism in rocks that was induced by the earth's magnetic field at the time of their formation.)

Muss- this word was a bit unfamiliar to me. (Make someone's hair or clothes untidy or messy.)

Pervy- this word was used in the book! I think it is interesting and I can’t find the meaning in the dictionary.
